Customers must maintain an account in good standing and provide accurate contact, address, and job request information.

Memberships grant monthly credits according to the selected tier. Stripe processes recurring billing, payment methods, and customer portal management.

Credits are internal service units. Credits may be granted by membership, purchased as active-member packages, held when a quote is accepted, released when applicable, and debited when work is completed.

Quotes define the expected scope and credit amount before work proceeds. At Your Disposal may request additional details or schedule a quote visit before sending a final quote.

Appointments are coordinated through the app. Customers should keep job messages and contact details current so scheduling and service updates are available to both parties.

Cancellation handling depends on the job status, accepted quote, appointment timing, and any active credit hold. Support can review account-specific questions.
