SMS is used for alerts that bring customers back to At Your Disposal for important account, quote, scheduling, and support activity.
Consent
SMS alerts are optional. Customers can enable or disable SMS alerts from dashboard settings when a phone number is saved.
Message types
SMS alerts are used for important account and job events such as returned quotes, scheduled appointments, and support items that need attention.
In-app history
At Your Disposal does not use SMS for job discussion. Job messages and support threads remain available in the app.
Carrier notice
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery can vary based on carrier, device, and provider availability.
Opt out
Customers can turn off SMS alerts in settings. Carrier-level opt-out keywords may also stop delivery from the SMS provider.
