Privacy policy

We collect account details, contact information, service addresses, membership and billing identifiers, job request details, messages, notification preferences, and operational records needed to provide the service.

Information is used to manage accounts, process billing through Stripe, coordinate requested services, maintain job records, send important alerts, provide support, and protect the platform.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Authentication and database services are handled through Supabase. Email and SMS providers are used only for configured alerts and service communication.

Customers can manage profile information and notification preferences from dashboard settings. Support questions about account data should be opened from the support inbox.

We keep operational records for account, billing, job, support, and audit purposes as long as needed to provide service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain platform integrity.
